Walking Downtown Brewery & Pizza Tour -

We start our beer adventure with a chat about the local beer scene in San Diego and trek to our first stop which is Ballast Point Little Italy. This brewery is the third largest producer of craft beer in San Diego county and one of a kind San Diego style! At Ballast Point, we will go do a production tour of the facility including the basics to make beer and the different types of beer that it creates.
Afterwards, we will visit Bolt Brewery which is a brewert dedicated to craft and worldwide beer. We will present special techniques and ways to evaluate beer and most importantly the essence of being a "beer geek". After exploring the sights of Little Italy, we will venture to one of the most famous spots to taste and savor San Diego Pizza. Enjoy a a relaxing day sipping the best beers on the West Coast.

We leave our Downtown San Diego location and visit the epi-center of America's craft beer nation. We will go on board our merry bus and visit the breweries such as Green Flash, known for their IPA's and fun loving Pacific Ales - we do a production tour of their facility. We will do a behind the scenes tour at Ballast Point Brewery with a possible stop at a mystery brewery.
Lunch is served at Green Flash, which serves award winning foods and has dozens of craft beer on taps. Afterwards, the last brewery is either Ale Smith or Rough Draft. This tour is for the hard core beer lover that includes hoppy and earthy brews. You will go behind the scenes and learn from local brewers how their unique beer is made however they will not spill all the hops! This tour is new and exciting for us because we want to share our love of showcasing the local beach and brewery scene. Due to our love, we would like to inform you that if you join this tour you will be taken to the top beach communities of San Diego and have the opportunity to take pictures along the California Coastline and hopefully we will catch a beautiful West Coast Sunset.
We will visit two breweries and learn the many ways to taste beer. At one of the breweries, we will do a production tour of the brewery with a talk on how beer is made! Afterwards, we will visit a new brewery gastro pub right along world famous Belmont Park, one of the most beautiful beach parks and boardwalks in San Diego.
